THE FOUNDING TREATIES OF THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT AGAINST CHILD KIDNAPPING

The International Criminal Court against Child Kidnapping (ICCACK) is an international, impartial non-governmental tribunal (INGO), duly incorporated under the laws of The Netherlands, and headquartered at Schenkkade 50, The Hague – 2595 AR, The Netherlands, registered in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce in The Hague under No. 71166505.

ICCACK operates in partnership with the United Nations (UN) Non-Governmental Liaison Service to enforce the rights of the child guaranteed by various international treaties and conventions that together are considered ICCACK's Founding Treaties.

ICCACK's Founding Treaties, which guarantee due process and promote universal respect for the rule of law in the field of international child abductions, include, but are not limited to:

a.) The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR).
b.) The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC).
d.) The 1980 Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction (1980 Hague Convention).
e.) The 1996 Hague Convention on Jurisdiction, Applicable Law, Recognition, Enforcement, and Cooperation in Respect of Parental Responsibility, and Measures for the Protection of Children (1996 Hague Convention).
f.) The European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms as amended by Protocols Nº 11 and Nº 14 (informally known as the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).
g.) The European Convention on the Exercise of Children's Rights.
h.) The Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.
i.) The United Nations Committee on Enforced Disappearances (UNCED).
j.) The International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance (ICPPED).
k.) The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR).
l.) The Kidnapped Hearts Statute and Convention of the ICCACK.
Based as it is on the above Founding Treaties, the ICCACK has both international legal personality and the legal capacity for the exercise of its functions for the fulfillment of its purposes. The ICCACK, and its subsidiaries (ICCACK EMBASSIES), may therefore exercise its authority and establish local impartial operational INGO tribunals, as provided in its Convention, on and within the territory of any Member State and/or Contracting Party to any of its Founding Treaties.

ICCACK promotes transparency, accountability, and integrity in government and fidelity to the rule of law. As part of its mission, ICCACK regularly exposes family court judges who did not follow the rule of law by keeping wrongfully retained children unlawfully within their “jurisdiction”.

-
ICCACK is further combating (impending) international child abduction and promoting the return of the kidnapped child to his home country or legal domicile;

-
ICCACK is providing (legal) assistance to victims of international child abduction;

-
ICCACK holds responsible and (to) prosecute child abductors and their accomplices as well as those authorities that frustrate the legal process;

-
In cases of extreme Human Rights Violations by Government Officials, Enforced Disappearance of children by Government Officials and/or violations of International Laws and Treaties, were judges are evidently aiding and abetting a parental child kidnapper in a foreign country and violating the United Nations Convention for the Protection of the Child, violating the UN Human Rights Convention, violating the Hague Convention for the wrongful retention of your child, the International Criminal Court against Child Kidnapping will issue an international enforceable court order for the immediate return of the wrongfully retained child;

-
This court takes up cases that are referred to it by the Security council of the UN or from the appeals made by the parties that did not get proper justice in the courts of law in their country. 196 Nations from around the world (except USA) have signed the UN CONVENTION FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE RIGHTS OF THE CHILD, to comply with the decision of this court and in cases of violation of child and human rights, the verdict of this Court is held as the highest verdict.
-
To enhance its mission and activities in enforcing and protecting the human rights of children around the world, the Committee of ICCACK has the power and legal authority to open ICCACK EMBASSIES in every jurisdiction as provided in its Convention, on and within the territory of any Member State and/or Contracting Party to any of its Founding Treaties.

The U.S. has signed and ratified the following human rights treaties:
